Is Crypto Dead in The United States?


Between the U.S. regulators, the FTX collapse and major companies looking like their moving out, crypto innovation in the U.S. has come to a grinding halt. This raises the question, is crypto truly dead in America? 

Chamath Palihapitiya a tech billionaire and bullish bitcoin supporter thinks the answer is yes. Telling the story of Coinbase who did everything right, didn't break any obvious laws and has been in recent talks with government officials to try to lay down some foundation laws but still is being attacked by the SEC. 

Chamath also says that its not entirely their fault the SEC is going after them but its mostly to blame on FTX actions that gave the industry a bad name and gave the SEC just the excuse they were looking for to go after other exchanges like Coinbase.
