Bitcoin mining hardware manufacturer giant Bitmain launches the sale of ASIC-based SHA-256 Antminer T19. According to the official announcement of Bitmain, Antminer T19 is the third model of the latest generation Antminers developed by the company.

Antminer T19 features
Equipped with 84 TH / s ± 3% hash rate, the T19 model has 37.5 J / TH ± 5% power efficiency. Bitmain also states that Antminer T19 includes the same generation of custom-made chips found in Antminer S19 and S19 Pro.

Chinese Bitcoin mining hardware manufacturer Bitmain wrote in his blog that the T19 has greatly improved performance compared to the previous Antminer T17, allowing miners to achieve better efficiency and profits.

The Antminer T19 also uses the new APW12 power supply and upgraded firmware, which offer faster startup speeds for an optimized mining experience. It was announced that miners can already place orders and ship on June 21-30.

Bitmain shakes with on-premises events
There has been an internal struggle for power in Bitmain for a while. It all started when Bitmain's co-founder Micree Zhan was removed from the company without his consent. Micree Zhan sued the company to take back her previous position in Bitmain.

Zhan, who is the former chairman and legal representative of the company, was removed from office by the shareholders' decision in October 2019.
