"Coinbase's CEO Cites 'Rumors' the SEC May Ban Crypto Staking for Retail Customers" articles have been over the internet today.

Brian Armstrong - CEO of Coinbase
It all started with this tweet:
Many crypto experts and insiders have spoken out on twitter about possible US ban of staking activities, e.g. Charles Hoskinson
Vitalik Buterin haven't yet spoken out about this case, also we have not seen any reply from Changpeng Zhao of Binance.
Will SEC ban staking? How will retail sellers and large companies react? How will they try to stop people from staking their assets? Share your opinions in the comments.
My thoughts
In my opinion it is highly unlikely they will do such thing. Brian Armstrong has a long history of spreading unconfirmed information, I won't accuse him of trying to manipulate the markets but it seems to be a hint.
None of information in this article should be considered a financial advice, it's my own analysis and facts I wanted to share with this wonderful community.
