Limitless Series on Disney+ National Geographic
I am not big on watching TV, unless I can learn from it. The Nat Geo series Limited consisted of six episodes where Chris Hemsworth pushed his mind and body to the maximum across by working with leading experts across various mind and body fields . You might recognize Chris from such feature films as "Extraction,” “Thor,” “The Avengers”. Or your wife might drool over his tempting eyes and Fabio body?!? The intent of this blog is NOT to provide spoilers, just to unveil that everyone can learn everyday and take care of their bodies.
Episode 1 - Stress Proof w/ primary focus on Deep breathing to help control emotional response(s).
Episode 2 - Shock w/ primary focus being on utilizing lessons from episode one in another manner.
Episode 3 - Fasting w/ primary focus being on mind over matter. Could you handle a 4-day fast, could you endure the switch from food to body fuel reserves?
Episode 4 - Strength w/ primary focus be using the entire body as a muscle not just gym related exercises.
Episode 5 - Memory w/ primary focus being on using all aspects of the brain to fight off brain related diseases.
Episode 6 - Acceptance w/ primary focus being on, well I will leave that for you to discover while you watch this series
Summary - If you think about it this way, Chris got schooled by top trainers in their own respective fields and is better for it! Better off regardless, if it was for better health or personal growth. I learned a lot about being a better human too! I recommend this TV series, will you watch these six episodes?
