Amazon Braket - Quantum Computing

From what I can find Amazon is not intending to build its own Quantum offerings, however, it has partnered with some of the Top Quantum providers - Braket currently supports three quantum computing services, from D-Wave, IonQ, and Rigetti.

The Amazon offering is intended to be a managed service offering allowing you and Enterprises to dip into Quantum offerings. The offering comes with three (3) modules, Build, Test and Run.  The modules remind me of Jupyter notebooks. I need to dig into this offering to understand more. 

This offering must be enabled in your AWS account prior to leveraging. Braket comes with a Python SDK which has been API enabled, which requires Python 3.7.2 or higher.

Amazon Braket Costs are expected to be charged based upon 'usage hours' while also charging for service running.
