Hello guys, and welcome to another post!

In this post, I will be outlining a few things that I wish were changed or added to the Publish0x platform.

Note that these are just my ideas, and none of them is in any form of "secret development"(although if they were, it'd be pretty cool too!)

Without further ado, let's get started.

1. We should be allowed to block users from viewing our content or following us

This is a very big issue to me, and one I wish was fixed immediately. We can report users, which is quite handy, but we can't block users from viewing what we post, or commenting. I had problems with a very persistent troll(his name was Spawn) for about 2 months, who was very consistent in trying to make me feel like garbage. I kept on reporting his obvious insultive comments, and it was only early this month that I stopped hearing from him. I don't know if that means he got banned or something, but I definitely won't like to relive that.

The option should be added to reduce the amount of trolling on this site, and also for various other reasons.

2. We should be able to private message each other

Possibly a really sore point for me also. Seeing that a possible conversation is starting between you and someone is great, but having to have that conversation where everyone sees it(in the comments) isn't the best.

Now I know that having a private messaging feature would be a very abused feature, because of just how many scams, hacks and whatnot that can happen in those chats.

My solution would be to prevent the posting of links in the messaging room. This way, it would be harder to tell someone to visit a scam site.

Private messaging, if it is should be implemented, should also be on an invite based only system. A user wishes to PM someone else, so he asks his permission and if he is granted, he can continue to the chat.

The report and block functions should also be implemented in the room, to ensure that things stay sane, and someone like Spawn doesn't "slide into your DM" telling you you probably still live in your mom's basement.(Not that I'm judging)

3. We should have a space where we save posts to read for later

I know how many great posts that I wished to read later due to a lack of time, but couldn't because I forgot their titles. And now, I'll never read those posts except one magically pops up in my feed somehow.

Allowing users to save links to the posts they want to read later(not the whole post itself) will add functionality while still allowing the site to be as fast and responsive as it already is.

4. More tipping tokens

This is just a personal rant, but see why I think so in this my post.

And that's it. Those are all the features I'd like to be added to the site.
