I started a crypto retirement fund.

Weird......

I recently started a crypto retirement fund.

Now, I'm not even close to the age of retirement. Heck, I don't even have a degree yet. I'm still a student, and I have a few more years before I'm finished and can get a job.

But I started this fund because I wish to see where I'll be in a few years.

I'm definitely not betting my retirement on the volatility of crypto, and I will have a regular retirement fund when I get a job.

But I wanted to see how much my money could multiply in the crypto market. I am an active trader and have seen some good success, so getting the startup capital wasn't so hard.

I followed the same procedure for getting a regular retirement fund going. I bought some crypto.

I was extremely careful when choosing the crypto coins I bought. Even though I knew that this project wouldn't be my go to, I still take it pretty seriously because you never know when something will be successful.

I started with $500 in funds. This was money I warned from trading cryptocurrencies, so it's not like i took any big risks with my own money (it's still technically my money)

I bought the following coins for the following reasons:

  • Bitcoin: Because I expect to garner some serious profits after the halving takes place. I bought $200 worth of BTC.
  • Tezos: Because of it's ability to compound and multiply upon itself automatically. This will enable me to cut off losses if there are any, and will help my account and holdings grow over time. I bought $100 worth of Tezos.
  • Bitcoin Cash: it was not on my list before hand, but I shelled out $150 to buy some because of the fact that it trades really well.
  • Stellar Lumens: A lot of controversy behind this coin has caused its price to fall to desirable points in the past few months. I feel I got a good deal for my $50.

So that's my investment portfolio.

I will be doing updates on the portfolio every week at some random time, for anyone who cares.

What do you think of this project?
