I'd say this once and over again: The crypto market is the most forgiving market I've ever seen.
It's still run predominantly by noobs, so professional traders like myself always have a field day whenever we find coins that are mostly noob populated.
And this very factor is my major reason for choosing crypto over stocks.
For those of us that watched the Wolf of wall Street (if you didn't watch that, stop everything you're doing right now and go watch it. For real), remember what the narrator said when he was pitching Stratton Oakmont: "The world of stock investing can be a dangerous place. Bulls. Bears. Dangers at every turn"
That's exactly what trading stocks is today.
There are bull traps everywhere. There are big boys, and I mean really big boys. Boys with trillions of dollars in their accounts who can manipulate the market at the whim if their bosses. You know them as market makers.
They make money very comfortably and with almost zero risk. They simply monitor you, the retail trader and see where you set your stops, take profits and everything else. Then once enough people have congregated at one spot, they clear off everyone's stop losses and drive the price in the direction that suites them.
Stock market trading is a dangerous place. But it doesn't mean that you can't make money from it.
In fact, I have personally met people who took $10000 accounts and grew them to millions of dollars in less than 5 years on the stock market.(One of them proceeded to bet the farm on a bad trade. You know how that turned out)
So apart from that, why do I prefer the crypto market over the stock market?
Well, because it's also beginner friendly. There are literally instant exchanges (like today's sponsor Changelly) where you literally press two buttons and you've made a trade.
On the stock market, it's definitely not beginner friendly. Everyone I've met who has had success trading the stock market says that you need to pay your "tuition" to the market before you can have some success. That simply means that you have to blow at least one account before you can become really successful.
Yes, this rule doesn't apply for most people. But I'm lucky to know a few stock market millionaires who have said the exact same thing. And one of them is a girl, so it can't be a lie.😉
Ok. With all that said and done, which one is right for YOU?
Simple. Are you a beginner? Do you have a miniscule amount of money to spend (like $50) but want to turn it into 10 million dollars in the space of 5 months? If this is you, please don't trade any markets at all. You'll fail woefully, lose all your money, probably break a few monitors and be depressed for a while.
Ok. More seriously.
If you have a medium sized account ($500-$1000), have the patience and realise that you're a beginner and you suck at trading and you're willing to learn as you go, the crypto market is perfect for you. Just don't trade BTC/USD. Seriously, don't.
But if you're experienced(then you probably shouldn't be reading this), have a shit ton of money that you can afford to waste($10k and above) and are impervious to fat fingers, then stocks is best for you.
Lastly, if you have any cryptocurrency that you want to convert to another one instantly and feelessly, then Changelly is for you.
