It's a strategic game to create and maintain a city based on proper money management techniques. There are taxes and levies imposed on purchasing and managing if the properties purchased, so gamers have to think outside of the box so as not to lose their purchases.
Users can equally buy and sell lots from other players, with genesis lots being the most expensive lots of all.
