Bitcoin hits $9600 before the halving. What does this mean?

Every four years, the block reward for bitcoin gets split in half. This is to reduce supply, which reduces selling pressure as the cryptocurrency becomes more valuable.

However, after every halving, there has been a terrible downtrend, with prices rallying much, much later.

This time it's different. Here's why, and here's my post halving bias, all in less than 5 minutes.

So usually, the price is ranging in a regular level before the halving. It's never had a pre halving run up, and it most especially hasn't had a very nice time after the halving.

However, Bitcoin is showing some very bullish strength right now, and with many buyers who are new, we might see a rally right through the halving.

I feel that Bitcoin will reach 10k in value before the halving, and stay there after the halving. This is because bitcoin fell to 3.9k in March, and had a V-bottom bringing it back to base and back to a clearer range. That made a lot of people bullish, especially my signals partner @incomesharks.

Now, we're at 9.6k, almost at 10k. Here are some things I feel about the post halving event:

1. Bitcoin's new range would be the 10k range. Bitcoin has traded around the 7k - 10k range for a while now, and I believe this range would change.

2. Bitcoin's price would be closer to 50k than 9k. You can bet this.

However, only time would tell if I'm right. But I'm darn sure I am.
