I've been watching PCX for some months now and have been noticing a steady climb in value.  That is, until I checked Hotbit today and saw the price bouncing back and forth between $6-$8USD every few seconds, up an average of 50% from yesterday.  From what I can see, the price looks to be holding and demonstrating its usual fluctuation patterns, so I honestly expect this one to keep climbing as we inch closer to the release of the third phase of ChainX's relay, which will bring more chains into the mix.
