Made in Russia: timber, coal, gas, oil. But they are not created, they are collected from the earth.

Russia has great potential, but it cannot be realized because people are not truly free. The greatest resource in the world is free minds. Russian despotism does not allow people to realize themselves and realize their potential and dreams. Thus, the economy is lagging behind in the country and will continue to do so.

Real economy

The most valuable resource on planet Earth

Russia does not produce anything. You cannot trust any data coming from Russia or from the Russian government, just because it has numbers or just because it is on the Internet, just because it is published by officials and official institutions in Russia, all these numbers do not mean what is true. There are good numbers and bad numbers, there are numbers that cause concern or cause pride, but these are just numbers and incoming data that cannot be relied on in Russia. Let's try to analyze the data ourselves, including from the perspective of prospects.

The economy as a whole can be divided into several sectors. In our case, we will divide the economy in Russia into three sectors. The first sector is agriculture, fisheries and mining. The second sector is manufacturing. The third sector is high-tech services.

Russia exploits the environment, all that they can do in Russia is extract oil. During the Soviet Union, Russia had a lot of manufacturing industries, which were the real economy, although it was a planned economy, but there were a lot of engineers in the country, a lot of people with classical education and engineering specialties in mathematics and natural sciences. The current economy, in which people work, is the real economy. You can call it a mixed economy, but even that would not be correct, because it is an oligarchic economy, where there is no emphasis on skills, as it was before. In such an economy, which is not planned, is not a free market, there are no incentives for self-education of production skills, except for the skills of consumption and use. Everything that is used now was produced in Soviet times, or outside of Russia. And in the first case, the reserves are almost exhausted. This means that there will be no way to replace an oil refinery, there is no know-how and no ability to do this. All we can do in Russia is to extract and exploit minerals from the earth. In Russia, organic farming is not used on a national level and on a large scale, as is done in the US, for example, where in California alone, organic potatoes are grown (ecologically clean), and things are going better in this California than in traditional agriculture. Russia is not developing the fishing industry, as is done in Norway or Iceland. No, in Russia, there is simply exploitation of precious resources, nothing is produced in Russia, and everything we have is left over from the previous country. Ask any European, any American, what they own that was produced in Russia? Russia is not a producer country, it is just resources. And here is the catch, the irony is that since we began an aggressive geopolitical event in relation to the neighboring country and the whole world, the resources will no longer be useful. Because any resources are a short-term perspective and an intermediate link, the whole world surpasses Russia in the level of development for entire epochs, finding and implementing various ideas, searching for and implementing alternative ideas, nuclear fusion, solar energy and many know-how. Russia is dependent only on its resources, and this is a tragedy for the people living in this country.

You can indicate on paper that statistically Russia lags behind Italy by only a few points of GDP and so on, but all this will remain numbers on paper. And even if Russia builds its own small Hubble, and grows a couple more potatoes, sprayed with God knows what, the Russian economy will remain with nothing. An economy completely dependent on raw materials is nothing compared to those countries that are developing and are producers. If Russia disappears economically, these countries will not lose anything. Unlike Russia with a raw materials economy.

Real economy

A country where economic prosperity is built on the export of natural resources. Oil, gas, minerals, timber, agricultural products and much more. It is a bubble country. A country where there is a labor shortage, and you got a raise. A country where some were lucky enough to get a reward for their people at the front. Poor people who suddenly got their hands on more money and spend it, spend it, spend it. It is just a financial black hole of a country. Nothing special, given the vacuum inside this country. Banks threw money at the country in the form of unsecured loans, and they have no way to pay it back. And the Kremlin will not have enough resources to save the banks. Either they will fall, or the Kremlin will have to start printing money, which is associated with other problems. And now, under the threat of secondary sanctions, former allies are leaving - China, Turkey, Kazakhstan. The recent concert hall attack has caused new waves in neighboring countries, and racism has risen sharply, targeting the immigrants who sustain the Russian economy.

Since 2022, Russia's innovative potential has been further weakened by a significant loss of young professionals in ICT, medicine and other fields, sanctions and the transition to a war economy. A war economy in Russia also means even less space for critical or independent thinking, which further harms the future of its citizens.

Supermarkets, car dealerships, hardware stores, airports, home improvement stores, plumbing and medical equipment. Choose what you like, but you will not find anything of value that the West demands.
Except vodka. Russia is just Nigeria with nuclear weapons.

Three main indicators indicate that the Russian economy is struggling: the annual inflation rate (around 7.7%), the base interest rate (16%) and the value of the ruble against the dollar (around 92 rubles per dollar). But of course, for the ruling elite, things look much rosier as they enjoy the views from their magnificent palaces.
