Or a woman from Orsk writes: “I live in Orsk and at one time I had some connection to flood issues. Long before the flood, a headquarters was organized and they began to monitor the condition of the river, working closely with specialists from the Iriklinskaya hydroelectric station. Now people have taken over the management , who do not have professional knowledge and experience, and this applies not only to the authorities of Orsk, but also to the specialists operating the Iriklinskaya hydroelectric power station. The flood of 1957 occurred before the construction of the hydroelectric power station and the construction of the latter, as experts assured, on the contrary, made it possible to regulate the flow of water in the Urals. In my opinion, This tragedy could have been avoided, or at least minimized, if there were professionals on the ground."

All this happens because there is corruption and lies all around. Industrial safety examinations are carried out only on paper. Everyone has each other's back. It's just money laundering. These people are in illusions and in some kind of unconscious state. Tenders are won by those who do not know how and cannot service objects for that kind of money, and in the end everything is done through “one place.” And is it being done at all? Most likely, they simply divided the money among themselves, and that’s all.
This is not a Country where there are highly qualified engineers and specialists, but a Trading Corporation, where everything produced outside of Russia is sold, low-skilled migrants are imported into positions of loaders, janitors, and auxiliary workers for construction sites.
Undoubtedly, our streets are being modernized, yes, parks, embankments... but everything is made from such shit and sticks. So I’m thinking: where is it safe to live here? Near nuclear power plants or dams? Now it’s clear that you should never go near rivers or seas! Near the forests? No way: fires have been raging there for a long time and successfully. In the north? God forbid you freeze. Where? This impression is NOWHERE. And now the law on mass graves in peacetime and evacuation is clear. So this was in the plans long before this?

Why did Korrupitsa claim yesterday that the dam was not in danger, but today it broke through without achieving maximum performance? Every year, huge amounts of money are allocated for the repair and inspection of this embankment dam. In such a period (10 years of doing nothing) with the money allocated, this dam could already be made concrete, monolithic! Where did the money go? Why, when the first dam break appeared, didn’t they drive some old tank or armored personnel carrier there and block the access of water to them, after which they covered it with pebbles? After all, there is enormous pressure there and all this dust in the Kamaz trucks is simply carried away by the current. If they had drowned a couple of tracked all-terrain vehicles there, no trouble would have happened. Tens of thousands of people were injured, thousands of houses, garages, and country houses went under water. Due to the criminal negligence of the management of the reservoir and the complete lack of professionalism in the authorities’ concealment of the situation, thousands of people suffered losses. Who will be responsible for this, who will restore the houses? Who will return equipment to people? What can you buy with this 50 thousand? My TV is more expensive. The system is not viable, the system has discredited itself. I demand life sentences for the entire management of the reservoir, Korupice and his sidekick Pasler. You are enemies of the people, this is a man-made disaster, it is your doing!”

The most monstrous thing that happened in Orsk is that the uninvolved will be rewarded, the innocent will be punished.

For that kind of money, you can build a second country in 10 years with normal housing, advanced world medicine, education, salaries of teachers and doctors of at least 50 thousand, pensions from 40 thousand in the regions, modern global infrastructure - dams, and so on. How much money is wasted on war, elections, if this money that was spent on war is distributed to the people, invested in villages and cities, for such actions, you can become president for life. But it will really turn out that “neither for yourself nor for anyone,” you’ll see. And this is called karma, and it always catches up.
How many good and useful things could you do for yourself and your children in order to live calmly, securely, safely in your home... No! People cannot calmly develop and groom their loved ones. Myself! How many houses, schools, hospitals have been fucked up!.. Without counting! And NOBODY directly asks those in power - why is our money spent on bombs and missiles, and not on operations for children, education and space exploration, for example?
So, the question price. Let's try to calculate based on little-known, murky information. Let's divide, multiply. One cheap rocket costs 28 million rubles. How many children can be cured? Correct me. And we are not talking about an American rocket; we are not their taxpayers. And about the Russian one. At all times, weapons were expensive. War is expensive. We do not take into account the production itself, explosives, tank shells. The most expensive weapons are the most high-tech weapons - ballistic missiles. One shot from an Iskander - 40 million rubles. One shot from "Caliber" - 45 million rubles. According to some sources, one shot of the Kinzhal hypersonic missile costs 900 million rubles. The latter sounds doubtful, but in any case the order of numbers still amounts to many millions. The most expensive thing is rockets.
Do you think the cost of 10 cruise missiles or 20 would be enough to build a normal dam?
Because it was necessary to invest in capital repairs and further development. All structures were built a long time ago. And some criminal gangs plundered the regions for their own needs. The common people are suffering! Aren't you scared? You have to pay for everything.
