One competent hydrologist engineer spoke well about the causes of flooding, where they could have been avoided and where they should not have happened in principle. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his last name, he was elderly, in some program, there was also a flood then. There he said the main reason is the human, greedy factor. We were talking about releasing water from hydraulic dams in time so that when a flood comes, they can be turned off to a minimum level, thereby depleting the inflow to flooded areas. But there is a dilemma for power engineers; they will not be able to generate the required power. Enterprises, the main consumers of such hydroelectric power plants, are very interested in this so as not to lose profits from the amount of products produced. Less energy, less production. So they keep the water in the dams constantly full, so that there is always a maximum of energy. When it is necessary to block it, they cannot, everything is done to capacity. I’m not saying that this is the case here, but upstream the Ural River there is the Iriklinskaya hydroelectric station. Was there a possibility there to reduce the water output?
In only one country in the world where people pay taxes regularly, the state owes them nothing, but the number of billionaires has grown by 20 percent over the year. And they keep all these savings in the “decaying” West, with which we are supposedly at war. A breakthrough, we will rise from our knees, power is with the people, we do not abandon our own, we do not raise pensions and much, much more. And when trouble came, where is the power and where is the 87 percent? But every “mayor” is ready to go to jail for fakes, who now probably considers himself “the government” and not a word can be said against such people. Soon any local police officer will face criminal charges or “the head of the transport department.” How disgusting it all is to hear and even more so to see.
On April 3, 4 and the afternoon of April 5, the mayor walked along this dam and assured that there was nothing to be afraid of. On Friday, April 5, news began to appear that the dam was leaking, a funnel appeared near it, the mayor again said that everything was fine. But on Friday evening they already started writing in telegram channels that it was necessary to evacuate on Stroiteley and Dokuchaev streets. There were no SMS notifications. Only telegrams and sirens. It turns out that the repressive machine has been started. And the governor with the mayor and their retinue must be condemned according to all existing laws. For fakes. After all, they started with them.
Otherwise, the enemies just have to wait until the officials themselves destroy the remains of the country. Why is there a Ministry of Emergency Situations in the country at all? If concert halls burn along with people, will the dams crumble? People are not provided with everything they need in an emergency. Where is the president's representative in the region? And only the police work clearly - they protect the administration from citizens’ questions.
Did you notice how many “servants of the law” were at the meeting of the victims with the governor; for some reason they were protecting him, and not the property of the victims of the moroders. Since the beginning of the 2000s, Russia had 15 comfortable years with high oil prices for the country to rise from its knees and finally establish a decent life for itself. And no matter how much we all scream, not a single culprit will suffer real punishment. It's time to realize it. They put away the phones, stood there, shouted, and that’s enough, everyone went to their holes, otherwise they would arrest you and put you in jail. Because people renounced their rights for 20 years, gave their land into the hands of bandits, and did everything to ensure that these officials remained in power as long as possible. People are unable to understand that the country belongs to them, that it is they who must hire officials, that it is people who pay officials. And officials must report to the people. But no. People prefer to “not notice anything” beyond their nose. Right now, as you read this, the wives and children of these officials are spending your money abroad, and you will get nothing. Therefore, this governor has habits like in the 90s - the telephones, he says, have been removed. The people came to him with their troubles, and he was with them like his cogs. The most important thing is that we ourselves constantly look into the eyes of this “barnyard”, which steals from us year after year insatiably, we ourselves are calm about the persecution of those who are against corruption, who are now killed or in prison, we “swallow” laws on the legalization of corruption in power. So what can we hope for now? That someone will feel sorry for us? In short, pay taxes, loans, mortgages and don’t show off, otherwise they will be evacuated to orphanages with cockroaches, like the children of Belgorod residents.
When people start recording videos with the words “WE DEMAND...”, and not “Help...”, when Pasler’s rudeness and pathos (“the phones have been removed...”) towards the population will be demanded to apologize or resign. , then those in power realize who gave them this power. And then there was a trial, and they talked about violations, but we kept silent, as if it would resolve itself and it didn’t concern us.
Orsk, where were you for so many years when the mice were gnawing on the dam? And so in every town and town! What do we want? We sat on our couches for 30 years, happy with everything, complete apathy and indifference to what was happening around us.
Previously, the river beds were cleaned, they stopped, but Orsk was silent and did not demand from the authorities and did not even ask why they stopped cleaning. But this is one of the measures against flooding. Where was the unification of people, the civic position? Each to their own, but now it’s a common misfortune for everyone. You have patience and strength to survive all this and draw the right conclusions for the future for the sake of your own children, so that they don’t drown.
