There are two main versions: He was drunk. Wasn't drunk. Or under the influence of other drugs. In this case, this is not the point. I also wonder if this was a provocation on the part of the traffic police post. But there is a third version, that it was an investigative experiment - he got drunk and stole a car, understand and forgive. Let's try to consider the first two versions. Then, of course, it may turn out that he was not drunk, but simply poisoned by candy. Russia is a country of opportunities. Nothing surprises. They can say that he felt bad, his blood pressure dropped, and the employees behaved badly. In the end, as we all already know, a Ukrainian trace or a provocation by British intelligence services should not be ruled out in this case.

The incident happened and was certain, but Tsakaev was not drunk, in this case there was simply a verbal brawl, after which the security forces attacked the driver. And then, out of fear, they said that he looked like he was drunk. And as a result, they themselves were punished.

According to the “I wasn’t drunk” version, I feel sorry for the general, he was driving and woke up on the asphalt with his face down! Pure fool. I would get out silently, give the car back, and be home in half an hour. No, the blood is hot, the armor is like that of a ram, a real highlander! And then - oops! - and went down to the plain. Was untouchable, became touchable.

I am not defending either one or the other, but... as far as we know, he refused to take the alcohol intoxication test. Documents, everything in life happens, I forgot it at home, but I had to stop here, call my relatives or friends to bring them to the post and solve everything peacefully, once again, I’m not defending or blaming, we need to figure it out here, if I’m guilty, well then ... I wonder why Kadyrov is shielding him! After all, the evidence of his resistance to people in uniform during execution is obvious. Fire and punish, in theory, so that it would be a lesson for others! The traffic cops knew nothing about him! They caught the criminal.

If the driver refuses to undergo a medical examination, then the gays understand that the person is either drunk or on drugs. Here, as they say, there are no options.

After all, the law of the Russian Federation is the same everywhere throughout Russia and he is correctly punished for not complying with the legal demands of police officers! If you pull an ordinary person out like that, it will be normal, but if it’s a gentleman, then everyone is bad. The law is the same for everyone, or am I mistaken?))) Or is our government like God?)))

So what, being a general does not give privileges, but rather adds responsibility. Let him, as a man, admit that he was wrong, lose his license, pay fines, apologize to those whom he almost ran over. There is actually 19.3 in its pure form. I am sure that there is 19.3 "resistance to employees" 100%. Any citizen of Russia must obey the employees during execution, and only then find out and challenge whether their demands are legal or not. What is the resistance? The fact is that, let’s say, I don’t want to get out of the car without justification, but they drag me out of the car in chaos. Yes, this is also resistance. Look at the practice and advice of lawyers. First you comply, and then you write a statement to the employees about abuse of power in case of illegal demands. Resistance during arrest is visible to the naked eye.

The identity of the traffic violator and the criminal who tried to run over traffic police officers in a car that was wanted by Interpol has been established. Plus, disobedience and resistance to law enforcement officers also constitutes a criminal offense. NO positions or merits can prevail over the laws of the Russian Federation. The court can now take into account, as mitigating circumstances, merits and their value for the people and the country. And, a purely personal opinion, the more trinkets on the chests of officials, the less respect there is for them. This is for you “For zeal”, this is for you “for the 100th anniversary of service”, this is for you “for the Baptism of Rus'”, this is “For Courage” (sitting at headquarters or in the OK), and “for participation in the parade on Red Square”. Now all citizens want to travel like this, in chaos, and everyone is respected by us - both the miner and the milkmaid. In general, every gopher in the field is an agronomist.

What if he is someone's dear brother, does he become untouchable? Where is the justice, or are we used to engaging in familiarity? If you violated it, you must answer according to the law! Otherwise, you are not in government service, but like highway bandits, where there is complete chaos and lawlessness. Or is the legitimate government now lawlessness? And officials are outright bandits and criminals?

What difference does it make who he is? The law is the same for everyone! Or are we still living in the 90s? Do our laws generally work in Russia? Or selectively? So then this is complete inaction and chaos! This proves that, apparently, laws are not written to some, and lawlessness, you know, develops a division between those in power and those above power... this should not be allowed... his own people should not have fought him off, but on the contrary , for this ask...

Kadyrov says that the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan should dismiss in disgrace these employees who detained the drunken head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Chechnya... How can we understand this now? And I thought it would be the other way around, the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations would be fired in disgrace. For the strong, the powerless is to blame...

Although what does the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan have to do with this, because at this post (Gerzel post) seconded employees from Russia (Novosibirsk) are currently serving. Question: why do the media report that Tsakaev was recaptured from the Dagestan security forces?

A normal officer, firstly, will not drive while intoxicated, and secondly, will not resist, but as always, there are exceptions! There will be no order in a country where the principle “everyone is equal before the law” does not work. If the criminal had been publicly condemned, then trust in the structures would have increased... It’s not like chasing pensioners around the square...

The question is not even the legality of the detention... Although, apparently, there were grounds, otherwise they would have been released immediately, having found out who was driving... The question is, on what basis is forceful release with the use of violence and obvious arbitrariness used? Why such permissiveness? If all regional heads begin to rescue their “subordinates,” then what will happen?

Did you notice how it all started? They began to describe how good and handsome he was, and how a virgin he was innocent of anything. The bandits got him drunk and put him in a car and told him to go to Dagestan. Well, okay, this bandit in uniform got drunk, but he doesn’t want to admit it, and that’s understandable. But why did Kadyrov get into this swamp with a general who is such a disgrace to himself and the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the nation, which is already known for its bandits and hooligans without him? The fact that he once helped someone there to catch criminals is not a fact; it does not give him any right to use it and break the laws. Drunk driving is a criminal, and it doesn’t matter who he is, a general or someone else, this does not give him the right to drive and not obey the police, and especially without documents for verification. Kadyrov, instead of punishing his employee and fellow villager, began to invent fables and insult the Dagestan police officers, and this is complete chaos and a disgrace for the head of Chechnya. People are not blind or deaf, and they see everything and know who this general is and who Kadyrov is, who is also not the first time getting into dirty situations and telling everyone his tales about invisible bandits. Probably there were bandits in 11 cars from Chechnya who then kidnapped this drunken general and stole his car? It becomes scary to live knowing what kind of generals serve in the Ministry of Emergency Situations and what else can be expected from such people in general. Fortunately, he had not run over or run over anyone on the road yet, otherwise they would have said that they themselves rushed under the car to die under the general’s SUV. Maybe we should make sure that when leaving Chechnya everyone switches to public transport and that everyone is checked for sanity? And when they leave Chechnya, bandits attack them and force alcohol and drugs into their mouths))) In a word, it turns out to be some kind of “Caucasian drunkard”, you know, I swear on my word!!!

We are surprised at the audacity of migrants in our territories, and here the Head of the Republic fights off the criminal from the police and also threatens them!

Generals and elites must be an example for other citizens and their reputation must be crystal clear. If you put on a uniform, then fit in, and don’t act like a bandit from the 90s. Honestly, it's disgusting to look at this.

Please note that Don Dildonovich did not comment on the behavior of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations himself. That is, Don-Dilidon considers it normal to drive in oncoming traffic, get away from the traffic police and resist police officers during arrest. This is not to mention that presumably the car he was driving was stolen and, in addition, he was drunk.

The minister was obliged to have documents for the vehicle and a driver's license with him! But it’s not necessary to have official documents! But Kadyrov doesn’t know this. Perhaps he constantly violates traffic rules? He defends his favorite, but he must ask him strictly, even to the point of dismissal.

Whoever it is: drunk driving is a criminal! You need to rest at home. This applies to everyone without exception. And no one is allowed to drink while driving. If you want to get drunk, get a driver. That's it for everyone. Shame on the minister, how he was detained with his face to the ground.

So what happens? All officials and former officials can drive drunk and not give a damn about the law, they can get away with anything, but ordinary people will face a fine at best for this, and a prison sentence at worst?

Some drunk man is driving a foreign car, his employees stop him, and then the head of the republic defends the drunken official and punishes the employees?! How shoud I understand this? And what does this have to do with the provocation for which traffic police officers were accused? The fact that they detained a drunken official? The fact that a person refused to take an alcohol test? The fact that a person was driving in oncoming traffic and refused to comply with the legal demands of the traffic police? This is a provocation on the part of the driver only in relation to the traffic police officers.

In addition, is the Chechen general’s car listed as stolen in the Interpol database? It turns out that all the donated cars were stolen in the EU, Canada, etc.?! Horror, all foreign cars of officials are wanted in a certain country.

Tsakaev himself was not traveling in his official uniform, but what does uniform have to do with it? Do they want to say that you can drive drunk in a stolen car, run over someone at a checkpoint and resist? Yes, yes, use the form only for such moments, it is useful to you!

And what do we have in total? What-what-what... So what? What is the result? But none))) I am 100% sure that the employees who participated in the arrest will not only be fired, but they will also be slapped with articles. This is Russia baby! Everything impossible becomes possible!

If Kadyrov’s son got away with beating a prisoner, then what is there to talk about? They’ll brush it off, won’t make it public in the media, and then they’ll say it’s fiction. In our country, the law is very loyal to those in power, but to ordinary citizens, to the fullest, and on TV, so that everyone knows. It’s not surprising)) That is, when ordinary “Stopkhamovites” resist the special forces, they are locked up for six years - and this is the norm, but when Kadyrov’s friend violates, resists arrest, then this is a provocation and, of course, he is not to blame...

The Chechens get away with a lot of things: they are already awarding heroes in batches. And volumes can already be written about related “placements” to leadership positions - criminal cases. But in some way Kadyrov is holding the president back, since he receives such preferences.

Think about it))) A drunken minister driving a stolen car...

In fact, the combined police squad carried out a particularly brilliant arrest for dangerous driving, failure to comply with the legal demands of a police officer and lack of documents on a car with false state license plates of a citizen who obscenely, maliciously and cynically expressed hostility towards government authorities in the form of Russian police officers and the colonel personally Muchkina. He refused to follow and resisted. He violated the law and force and special means were used against him. And he was detained and escorted. And the report has been drawn up, there are records, and there is an examination. In short, the materials were sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Investigative Committee for verification. They'll sort it out there)))

In a stolen car. A nightmare! The car is on the federal wanted list and Interpol is wanted and it is a major general of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations from Chechnya. According to all news, this is official information. A horror film, from a legal point of view. And completely drunk driving in the oncoming lane. These guys at the checkpoint saved his life from an irreparable tragedy, but what if there had been a truck coming towards him or innocent other drivers with people? The Ministry of Emergency Situations should save, not kill... What was he thinking drunk and driving in oncoming traffic!

This is what legalized lawlessness leads to. From the outside it looks like some republics have turned into organized terrorist organizations with their own armed forces. Moreover, these armed formations are included in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB of Russia, but in fact they are subordinate to the leaders of these republics and can carry out any of their orders. The Russian legal framework does not de facto operate there; they live according to Sharia laws and concepts. Embezzlement, corruption, banditry, kidnappings, murders, and economic chaos are flourishing in the republics. Law enforcement and judicial authorities are fully engaged by local authorities. There is clannishness and nepotism all around. Sooner or later this will lead to an armed conflict, with corresponding consequences. The federal authorities have no way to influence this situation, since any attempt to return these horsemen to the legal field of Russia will entail another Caucasian war. Moreover, Russia invests huge amounts of money in these republics in exchange for loyalty and devotion. But this is all fiction. As soon as something goes wrong, the leaders of these republics will find friends in the West. I really want to believe that I'm wrong.

Soon this soap bubble will burst, and those who have lived with their heads held high all these years will lie face down like this. And it doesn’t matter whether he’s from Dagestan or Chechnya. Or from any other city in our vast country.
