"Destructive movements" include those banned by ISIS and Aum Shinrikyo, as well as "Citizens of the USSR," pickup courses, Herbalife, or "marathons of desires." The author of the textbook is the same Roman Silantyev, who tested "destructology" in the criminal case against Svetlana Petriychuk and Evgenia Berkovich in the case of justifying terrorism with the play "Finist the Clear Falcon."
It is characteristic that the book's finale mentions with approval "the channels most interesting to destructologists", which are a set of "power drains" and the creativity of z-authors.: "Systemic pesticide", "Older than Edda", "Russian tarantass" (channel of "voenkor"-neo-Nazi Dmitry Steshin), SHOT, "Crossbow speaks", "Values. Russian Federation", "There is no extremism").
Earlier, the Ministry of Justice claimed that the science of "destructology" does not exist, and its very name is made up. But this did not prevent Silantyev from conducting a new "expertise" - in the case of the terrorist attack in Crocus - and on its basis stating that "Ukrainians recruited Wahhabi Tajiks."
Now that it is possible to publish textbooks on non-existent science, it will be much easier to file criminal cases in the absence of corpus delicti. To help informers and informers, a glossary of "destructive content" will follow, which is being prepared by Russian universities under the leadership of Vice Speaker of the State Duma Kuznetsova. And the very concept is being pushed into the relevant punitive legislation.
The wider and longer the list of "forbidden things" is, the easier it will be to attach a "destructive" to anyone who dares to open his mouth a little wider than the others.
