Light plays a key role here.
The backgrounds were left with contrasting lighting.
The light stripes go slightly diagonally, which gives depth to the frame.
Also, the spots on the trees are light.
The girl is also standing in the sun. But the sun is covered by a diffuser (butterfly) and thus the light in the portrait becomes soft and very pleasant. And since the trees are dark against the background, the drop in illumination on the face is quite acceptable. The normal contrast of the model and the background is maintained.
The aperture mode allows you to select the degree of background blur.
To find a balance when there are a lot of details left, but they do not distract, but make the frame more interesting.
