It's now about two weeks since the nodes option appeared on the Pi Network application. This is phase 2 called the "Testnet".

During this phase, here's what the application says: "Pi core team will host several nodes on the test net, but will encourage more Pioneers to start their own nodes on the testnet. In fact, in order for any node to join the main net, they are advised to begin on the testnet. The test net will be run in parallel to the Pi emulator in phase one, and periodically, e.g. daily, the results from both systems will be compared to catch the gaps and misses of the test net, which will allow Pi developers to propose and implement fixes".

To do so, you need to install the Pi Network application on your computer, PC or Mac. The Linux version is not yet available but should appear in the next few weeks according to other users. Once this is done, all you have to do is fill out a small questionnaire to register to the nodes.

For my part, I'm a bit disappointed by this phase since I find it too slow. Indeed, I registered as soon as the nodes opened and my request has still not be processed. I'm waiting for new information on the subject. 

There are a lot of rumors about the value of Pi. I would like to clarify once and for all that its value is still zero. The Pi has no official value until it has entered the market. Any speculation based on exchanges between the moderators or creators of these Pi is pure speculation and false !!! The real and true value will arrive in phase 3, in about a year when the Pi enters the market.

For the new or the interested by this crypto, I remind you that it's shabby directly on your mobile phone. You just have to click on a single button every 24H to continue the mining of the crypto. As it still has one year left before entering the market, it can be a good investment without any risk taken.
