If you focus on the minimum exchange for Kucoin for Dogecoin then 40 DOGE with a 20 DOGE fee.

While for Binance you cannot request less than 80 DOGE.

For XLM you need 40 XLM on Binance.

But for some cases, you need 10 DOGE or 20 DOGE, or 10 XLM and did not require to pay all these fees.

I think to use for example cash out DASH to Exodus then use a cheap exchanger like Exchanging CC for the Dogecoin trading.

For information Exodus keeps 1 XLM on the wallet for transactions and unlocks the rest.

Exodus is better because it requires less fee and you are free to pay low Dogecoin invoices better than being limited to the high fees for exchanging platforms.
