Replit Versus Datacamp Versus Online GDB Versus Local Python emulator

Hello,

Many of you are doing Python programming and it could involve using the technology of Django with react or node at an advanced level.

Online GDB:

It is good as an emulator but you cannot copy and paste results easily. You need instead to copy the result and write it into a file using a command line

for writing the output of the screen into a file.

This method doesn't seem the ideal solution since if you are using such a methodology you need to let all input from the beginning and not the inside program.

It is also bad as you could not reset the password for the Google plugin account Facebook account or GitHub account like the other two emulators.

Datacamp:

The drawback of this emulator is that you cannot run directly python files and need every time conversion to .ipnyb file to run.

This practice doesn't seem the ideal solution every time as sometimes you need to run directly the Python file.

Python Anywhere:

It is for hosting your Python code but it is more dedicated to django projects and not simple Python code. It offers a free trial version.

Replit:

In term of saving it is good and you could work by drag and drug to upload python files.

But you cannot right-click into a file and run it like Datacamp, you need access to the path from the shell and this seems as obvious work.

Local emulator:

You could for example use Python extension on VS Code and run codes locally, but first of all you need to save a copy on your Google Drive and synchronize with Github in case of PC damaged you restore all your saved data.
