One of the reasons why the GDP growth in India has slowed down is because starting and running a business, especially online business has become extremely risky. The government allows its well paid employees to make fake allegations without any legally valid proof against harmless hardworking online business owners, investors who they hate, to destroy their reputation and life. Usually online business owners from poorer communities who are not well connected are criminally defamed, with government employees hysterically making completely fake malicious allegations.
The government agencies blindly believe their liar employees making fake allegations against innocent investors, and waste a huge amount of taxpayer money trying to find non-existent proof against the innocent investor. In most countries if no proof is found with a few months or years the surveillance of the private citizen will end. However, in India, showing the lack of professionalism the surveillance of some citizens who are falsely accused has continued for more than 14 years.
In one of the worst cases of abuse of powers, liar top government employees have been making defamatory fake allegations against their female engineering college classmate who they hate since 2010, without being questioned . They are allowed to waste infinite tax payer money, resources to put her under surveillance for more than 14 years, denying her fundamental rights, especially the right to privacy and the right to a life of dignity.
Additionally in a fraud which is unique to the tech, internet sector, the surveillance has been misused to commit financial fraud, slavery of the online investor. The government employees are misusing the surveillance to rob the data of the online investor, and misuse the data to make fake claims about their lazy greedy girlfriends, relatives and associates who do not do any computer work, do not pay expenses, and get them lucrative no work no investment government jobs in the Indian internet sector only using the robbed data.
The banking, domain fraudster government employees do not have any online experience, yet the government agencies, tech, internet companies falsely claim that these online fraudsters are online experts, domain investors, while the real online expert whose data is being robbed is criminally defamed, and is making huge losses. The government policy of hiring fake online experts has also led to an increase in cyber-crime in India.
