ETH Optimism transaction status, tracking, Publish0X payment

Some Binance account holders found that Publish0X ETH payment on 17 December was not immediately credited

Publish0X has mentioned that the wallet address of members should be able to receive smart contract payment.
Due to widespread hacking some Publish0X members do not have their own hardware or software wallet and prefer to use the exchange ETH address.
Binance is the most popular exchange for crypto holders in most Asian countries.
The earlier Publish0x ETH, OP payments was received at the Binance address without any major problem.
Last week, OP payment was received very quickly on 10 December 2023
However, it can be confirmed that some Binance account holders had not  immediately received their Publish0X ETH payment on 17-18 December, though the transaction https://optimistic.etherscan.io/tx/0xa73e006d6f86f0b10e022062be6037bc4b42dea331f8fd5f64b0bf5f45e05397 is shown as successful
Coinreporter has published a detailed article on the problem he faced, complaining on Twitter, X.
Other members facing the problem should complain to Binance, raising a support ticket and the amount will be credited to their account. If anyone has still not received the Publish0X ETH payment this week in their Binance account, please comment below.
