Advances in technology has made surveillance inexpensive. It is possible for a stranger, especially a powerful government employee to put any citizen he wishes under surveillance to collect all information and fake friendship, even if the well paid government employee actually hates the citizen, does not wish to contact the citizen directly, he is actually a stranger.

Fake friends who do not contact a citizen are dangerous for a private citizen, their victim, because

- the victim cannot hold the well paid government official accountable for the decision which cause losses, mistakes they make
- the government official can rob the resume,data of the victim denying the victim the income and opportunities she alone deserved
- government officials can misuse the name of their victim, commit online, financial fraud, slavery

At present the Indian government, tech and internet companies are supporting well paid liar top government employees who fake friendship with their college classmates who they actually hate, do not wish to communicate directly with, to rob everything from the professional, denying the professional, the income and opportunities she alone deserved, commit online, financial fraud, slavery.
In one case, top government employees have run their fake friendship fraud on their female classmate who they hate for more than 15 years without being questioned, wasting taxpayer money.
It is an indication of the lack of honesty and humanity of the Indian government agencies that they refuse to admit that their well paid liar liar employees are faking friendship with private citizens, single women who they hate, their college classmate, and end the resume robbery, online, financial fraud, slavery of the private citizen,who is treated worse than a slave, doing all the work, paying all the expenses, yet getting nothing due to the government fake friendship fraud.
