Today is Chinese New Year and my Good Luck Lion Dance nft's are ready. At 2:22 today I will be creating 2,222 Lion Dancers, on the second day of the second month in the year 2022, one will be made at the 22 second of the 22 minute. These will be, one of kind, nft's that can never be recreated EVER. After images are made I will destroy All the original art work.

Utility, I am told is the watchword for a successful collection. I am in no position to create a game or any other way to make my work have utility so I am relying on belief. Owning one (or more) of the Lion Dancer will bring good luck to its owner(s).

How do I know this? Belief. Belief is the most powerful force in the Universe. The world we live in would not exist without it unless someone believed it possible. No trains, planes, or automobiles. No electric lights, phones or computers. No freedoms from tyranny or oppression. No cash, no cryptocurrency.

An item has no value unless it is believed to have value.

I believe that believing has evolved as a way to combat uncertainty. Belief need not be rational, in fact it seldom is. It is that magic spark that creates decision making. Who does anything without believing in what they decided to do? Even when obeying an order or succumbing to peer pressure, you believe you must. Most of us have some item that we call our Lucky ....., a sports jersey, a hat, a rabbits foot or four leafed clover. Many have a special number for lottery tickets. This is my lottery.

I have a rock. As a young man I was SCUBA diving in a cave in Missouri. I must have created a small rock slide because in spite of all precautions I was suddenly enveloped with silt. Disoriented and effectively blind I completely lost all direction, and the line that was the way out. I a bit of panic I searched for the line, I flailed around creating more silt. My hand garbed onto a small rock and I felt the return line.

Sixty years later I still have the rock, thru countless moves on three continents, without any conscious thought I still have it.

Is it magic? I think not, but I have been lucky. I have a good pension, live in modest penthouse. in country with universal medical care. I made a living doing what I loved. Playing in, on, and under, water. Explored the world and found love. Do I need money? No, but I would like to aid 'Nature Conservatories', buy land and donate it to the world.

The rock sat on my desk as I created the Lion Dance. As the images evolved a lot of the angst of the past 2 years evaporated. They spoked to me, they expressed a defiance and determination that I needed. I am not the only one that needs to believe that the future is bright. Perhaps a Good Luck Lion Dancer will help.

Will any or the NFT's sell? I believe they will and I will keep working on it until they do.
