We have been blessed with some gifts and some of these gifts we have might not be so clear as to where they would be applied, that's why we do trial and error, sometimes. We need to keep trying until we find the main purpose. There would be some that would fail and there would be some that would work out. We fear to start sometimes because we keep thinking 'What if it doesn't work out?' but the truth is, 'What if it does?' We would never know until we try.
Write down your talent - the things you can do. List them out, itemize them even and that's how to bring it or them to life. It helps you focus and be aware of where to slot in your talents.
Tell your friends about it so that they can remind you the other part that you do not remember. This might be tricky because if you don't have credible friends around you, they might discourage you which is why it is important to surround yourself with credible people. Your association matters a lot as to how far you can and will go with your dreams.
Some people might seem like a slow starter, but they might be the early winner in the long run of things. Some start as early starter, but they might not be able to finish it. It all depends sometimes on your circle of influence and your motivation. Once you identify your area of your strength, start. Don't wait up because life passes you by so quickly. Don't wait till you have all the money too because it might just start with an idea. Whatever your hand finds to do, do it well.
It is not the size sometimes, it is the seed. The impact you can pull with your business and idea can bring about a significant change to the world. The idea you started with is a seed which must be planted, watered, nurtured and watched over till it produces result. You just have to keep at it and show that your life really depend on it.
You must learn to build rightly, slowly, steadily and correctly too because this will lead to your supersonic rising. Having the right attitude coupled with harnessing your talents can go a long way.
You need to be rational and not emotional when it comes to decision making in your business. Never allow your emotions get in the way of the bigger goal and picture you have in mind. You cannot feature in a future that you cannot picture. Be fair, be just and be equitable when making such decision. This is what would help you to go far. Emotions won't fuel your dreams or pay your bills.
It is not just about the number of people working under you as a business owner. You can get 3 workers to do the work of 10 people, you only need to give them the salary of the 10 people so that they do it with greater commitment. Motivation in doing the work matters, selling the ideas of the business to them matters so they can run with it. If you can find diligent hands, pay them accordingly. It is not in the numbers all the time but in the competence.
The people that succeed don't succeed by giving up. Resilience is a trait meant for those who believe in their dreams. While others sleep all day, determined people push in the extra hours just to show the passion of their dreams. No one can believe in your dream or business more than you.
Ability to question things leads to innovation. You have to question things. You have to think outside the box. Critical thinking is key to excel in business. You have to critically analyze things to look out for loopholes that should and must be addressed. Know enough to be challenged, know enough to handle things. Get materials on critical thinking. You can dig deep and study more on things you are not fully equipped on. Don't ever put your value down where it is not celebrated. Have a standard and hold yourself to it.
