OKEx acknowledges the inconvenience that withdrawal suspensions caused our customers and we wish to provide compensation for this. We will provide a generous compensation program once our withdrawals open back up on or before November 27th. Please read this article for a summary of our compensation structure. Our compensation program will start December 4th and will be proportional to user assets and transactions.
