OKEx to Resume Withdrawals by November 27th

Withdrawals are coming back this fall

Good news! The issue that temporarily suspended withdrawals has been solved! A security measure was put in place on October 16th that temporarily suspended withdrawals but left the rest of the site functional. Rest assured that if you had crypto on OKEx your funds are safe. You will be able to withdrawal your funds on or before November 27th.

We are aware that not being able to withdrawal funds has inconvenienced our customers and we intend to make it up to them. As Jay Hao our CEO said "Offering loyalty rewards is one small way that we can give back to OKEx users but we assure them that we will continue to uphold our commitment to excellence, innovation, diversity of service, and the safety of user assets, which has always been our first and foremost priority."
