In a world where virtue signalling has become ridiculously rife among celebrities, political figures, social media influencers, and of course some amongst the general population - cryptocurrencies have not been spared the vomit inducing, stomach churning of that said virtue signalling...
I knew political and social issues would come to Cryptocurrency at some point. You could argue Bitcoin was the ultimate in 'freedom' virtue signals when Satoshi tapped out the algorithms on his machines.
There has been a steady stream of 'good cause' cryptocurrencies sprouting up on Exchanges and Smart Chains recently... But for me not a single one has convinced me fully of the purpose and the concerns behind these Crypto's, the ethics behind the project developments, developers or the communities in which they operate.
Having indeed worn the badge of searching out advertising avenues, and donations to a few charity organisations via an agency - I know full well some of the shady goings on to create charity income - some of it very shady indeed and hidden from consumers - from using fake sets and props, sexed up statistics and just plain lies... To downright jumping on the next scam to extort cash out of kind hearted or vulnerable people - I kid you not!
For example when I see a Cryptocurrency that is basing its evolution and environment about 'Climate Change' or 'Climate Emergency' - as an educated and knowledgeable individual, also having been in the solar industry for several years - I know full well I am not going to be placing any of my wealth into that project - why?

Education and a heck of a lot if study into the climate and the natural changes the Earth faces every day from cosmic or natural planetary influences, shows categorically that the 'Climate Emergency' is erroneous, a false statement, fake, and quite possibly about to become the next huge global scam - that will generate billions, if not trillions of dollar to elite corporations - with that comes a couple of astounding facts... That you would be good to go and study in order to keep up with truth.
Firstly it is Science Fact that the planet is in a state of flux currently - wobbling around in a Tropical Period of the Ice-Age... Peer Reviewed Fact.
Sol our parent star is going through a solar minimum and will start to act out as a star does - with that the Earth's position in the solar system, the gas giant planets and even the moon, have a huge influence in our climate - peer reviewed fact.
Natural weather phenomenon appear almost like clockwork to the factual science community - how an environmentalist movement lobbied by corporations and paid handsomely to spread fear - forget to mention this.
Example: Our moon is having its 18-year wobble effecting Earth's weather. Fact!
Fact: Humans contribute 0.3% to atmospheric pollution of which 0.25% of all pollution is created by industry, and the trend is to pass the buck to every day citizens... Usually via lobbying financial interests. For Elon Musk to trounce Bitcoin Mining and label it as a major polluter - this is hypocrisy of the finest calibre. He crashes rockets and manufactures cars via amazing levels of pollution.

I could harp on for a month a still not point fingers at every corporation or entity that is going hell for leather with climate emergency rhetoric that is absolutely erroneous.
Until these 'Enviro-Tokens' start telling the truth... I am out period... There is one thing scamming, but it is another to shill a scam in respect to a huge scam.
