On April 6th 2020 the U.S. constitution - 1st Amendment was violated when the English writer and public speaker David Icke, On his second London Real interview talked about the CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC, the worldwide COVID-19 LOCKDOWN, and the looming global economic recession. this latest video David presents new information about the Virus, 5G, human freedom and mass manipulation.

This video was taken down on April 6th of this year from the most popular video and streaming platform on internet followed by any mention or connection with Icke’s interview on social media. The website London Real is being investigated by the media regulator after the channel streamed an interview which is suggested that the virus pandemic was part of a plot by governments to destroy the economy and conduct mass surveillance.

Brian’s website was hacked this April 11th in order to disrupt their continued video streaming efforts. According to the 1st amendment this is a violation to a fundamental human right of freedom of speech and freedom of press.

The text of the 1st Amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” The text only states limitations that apply to Congress, which is the textual basis for the state action requirement. However, the First Amendment has been interpreted to apply to infringement of the rights by each branch of the federal government. Also, after the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, the rights in the First Amendment apply against state and local governments.

How is the government link to social media and why is this action a violation to the 1st Amendment?

The White House released a new Trusted Internet Connection policy Sept. 12 2019 to bring the rules governing how federal agencies connect to the internet in line with current cloud and managed services technology, called “Update to the Trusted Internet Connections (TIC) Initiative”

The purpose of the Trusted Internet Connections (TIC) initiative is to enhance network security across the Federal Government. Initially, this was done through the consolidation of external connections and the deployment of common tools at these access points. While this prior work has been invaluable in securing Federal networks and information, the program must adapt to modem architectures and frameworks for government IT resource utilization. Accordingly, this memorandum provides an enhanced approach for implementing the TIC initiative that provides agencies with increased flexibility to use modern security capabilities. This memorandum also establishes a process for ensuring the TIC initiative is agile and responsive to advancements in technology and rapidly evolving threats.
