I just learned about Non-Fungible-Tokens or “NFT’s” less than a week ago, and decided to give it a shot. I already felt like I was late to the crypto-bandwagon after turning down 10 bitcoin a little under a decade ago in exchange for artwork that probably took me an hour and a half to draw. I was still a college-age artist at the time, and decided to opt for $240 instead. 

˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Hindsight is 20/20....................................

Needless to say, I am still a little skeptical regarding NFT’s, as I am a cartoonist/illustrator and up until very recently, a pen and ink on paper purist. 

And then I discovered the iPad Pro. And the Apple Pencil. And Procreate.

I still prefer the feel of pen and ink on Bristol board over a stylus on a Wacom tablet basically, however I love this new art tool.

And I am optimistic regarding this new artist’s market.

I learned about NFT’s on here, and was recently approached by a new art market based in the UK and decided to give the whole NFT thing a try.
