Natural Disasters

Business can never run away from these, it is a heavy blow to them. Imagine you are running a hospitality business there is a volcano brewing just near you business, do you thing clients will keep on coming knowing very well that a volcano will erupt sooner or later? Of-course no, so that business will lose its core business and losses are imminent.

Crash in the Stock Market

This type of disaster can be foreseen by economists and analysts. So the reaction team is always on the ground trying to find out what they must do to avoid losses. The pain of making losses is inevitable but suffering will be optional. So what do these guys do.

When the foresee a crash ahead they will try to find a solution to save the businesses because that's whats they care most and lastly the civilians. They liquidate every positions they will be holding. All stocks which are affected and worthless they are offloaded; TO WHO? To the investors and people will lose their savings and houses.

Whats to do?

Don't sell your shares - If you was holding share when the markets crash there is nothing to do as you will be in deep loss so iust hold  on your positions till they regain.

Buy stocks - If you was not holding any position this will be the right time to buy and hold.

Invest carefully - During this time you have to be carefully don't just buy but instead wait for the right time and strike.
