Quontic Bank offers Debit Rewards in BTC

US Bank Quontic announced yesterday it was rolling out a Debit Card Rewards program that pays out 1.5% in BTC.

US Milestone - Quontic is the FIRST (1st) FDIC insured financial institution in the USA to go-live w/ a Bitcoin rewards card

Who did they work with? NYDIG recall I mentioned them last week as the partner that helped Massmutual buy up $100M worth of BTC this year. NYDIG provides Quontic with a secure custody platform to manage bitcoin rewards.

Where can I find a Quontic Bank location? Quontic is a U.S.-based bank headquartered in Manhattan, New York City. Quontic has additional locations in Astoria, New York; Melville, New York; Flushing, New York; and Miami, FL.

What do you need to open one of these cutting edge accounts? You will need to open a non-interest bearing personal checking account by putting down a minimum of $500.

What else is Quontic up too? Quontic has partnered with NYSE-listed Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) to build a mobile app with “bitcoin rewards tracking, reporting and functionality which is set to launch in Q2 of 2021.”

Summary - Quontic has joined lots of US Banks that have revealed their tactical Crypto offerings.  I can't wait till one of them shows their entire Crypto Strategy.
