Puerto Rico is a US Territory - and is only 1000 miles from Miami, FL. They are citizens of the USA which was effective way back in 1917 they have the ability to vote in US elections. Under IMF definition they are deemed a developed Jurisdiction, the main economic drivers are manufacturing of electronics petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals (i.e. Rx drugs) then you have the tourism aspects of the island.
Who is FV Bank? They are Headquartered in Puerto Rico, United States, and are a global digital bank servicing domestic and international businesses focusеed on providing fintech solutions. Travel from the US mainline to Puerto Rico is almost seamless, perhaps opening a way for American Citizens to have access to more Crypto services?!? FV Bank is a digital bank thus they are open to citizens and international investors.

What will they offer? BTC & ETH were the only Crypto assets discussed, perhaps they are working on more in the background?
Is this a game changer? Too early to tell but it could be just the tip of the iceberg

Summary - Another bottom up component for US Citizens to have access to Crypto's
Disclaimer - I am not a resident of Puerto Rico, nor a frequent traveler, thus I don't know all the ins/outs to make this happen. This is not financial advice!
