No mention of 'cost' - Adobe did not allude to costs in/around creating as an NFT, let's hope in the spirt of the new content creation it is available at no additional cost.
Coming soon - NFT Marketplaces such as KnownOrigin, OpenSea, Rarible will be able to integrate to IPFS via content credentials making easy and predictable access, quickly.
Summary - as with any new feature it will take time for adoption and acceptance, Adobe might be onto something that will bring long term validation to NFT creation.
