If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs!
I can see for myself that the World is on fire and the fires seems to be deliberately set by the powers that love control. I advice the following:
1) Step back and take a 2-minute break for deep breathing, when you recover from the fresh shots of oxygen, know that nothing has changed but your brain now has what it needs
2) Recall why you invested in the Crypto Realm? To break free from the infinite printing of Fiat currency, this downward spiral has NOT changed this cycle.
3) To Sell or not to sell? WTH? You only invested money you agreed you could lose, this is that moment. Do NOT sell, HOLD Steadfast in your conviction. Repeat step #2.
4) Know these are normal market actions, manipulated markets are not allowed to fully clean themselves. Yes some companies will die others will be dragged down in the maelstrom. Fraud will be exposed and might be prosecuted! Know what your core positions and keep some cash ready to capitalize on this Fire Sale.
5) You need to keep your head to in-turn help others understand what is going on and how to prosper.
Some quotes to help settle your spider senses
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs! Rudyard Kipling - 1865-1936
‘The world will soon wake up to the reality that everyone is broke and can collect nothing from the bankrupt, who are owed unlimited amounts by the insolvent, who are attempting to make late payments on a bank holiday in the wrong country, with an unacceptable currency, against defaulted collateral, of which nobody is sure who holds title.’ David Galland. (1952- ?)
Don't be misled by what you see around you, or be influenced by what you see. You live in a world which is a play ground of illusion, full of false paths, false values and false deals. But you are not part of that World!
'Whenever destroyers appear among men, they start by destroying money, for money is men’s protection and the base of a moral existence. Destroyers seize gold and leave to its owners a counterfeit pile of paper. This kills all objective standards and delivers men into the arbitrary power of an arbitrary setter of values. Ayn Rand. (1905-1982)
“Monsters exist, but they are far too few in number to be truly dangerous. More dangerous are the common men, the functionaries ready to believe and to act without asking questions.” Primo Levi
"The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes to expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater." Frank Zappa
Keep calm and think through the opportunities ahead of you!
