Some lesser known Play to earn Games I found this week

I am still a novice traveler when it comes to Web3. Recently I came across this concept of "Play to Earn" Web 3 games. The idea is simple, you play the game and you earn crypto. So I started exploring the space around it and realized that there are a lot of projects that are not known to the masses but are fun to play. In this post I will share some Play to Earn Web3 games you may have not heard of.

Ark Rivals

So, to begin the list, I'll mention Ark Rivals, a Sci-Fi & Strategy title. The gameplay of Ark Rivals is similar to that of Clash of Clans. We are supposed to manage our base's economy. We can construct buildings such as mines to generate resources, as well as cannons, turrets, and flame throwers to protect our base. This way, we have an infinite number of options for constructing our base. We can also build our own army and attack other players' bases to steal resources.

But that isn't all. The factions are Ark Rivals' best feature. We can select one of five factions, purchase land, and engage in global wars to claim the top faction resources, which can later be earned and mined.

Finally, ships and commanders can be minted as NFTs. Ark Rival currently has 8 ships and 8 commanders from which to choose. Each ship has five distinct characteristics, and commanders have one distinct characteristic.

As per the tokenomy is concerned we have $ARKN token, that is the primary game token. It can be used for NFT creation as well as Governance. $ARKN can also be used for stacking to earn and can be earned by mining (Not the actual one, but with mines in game xD) or as in game rewards.

Supremacy

Next up we have a more action oriented game called Supremacy. In Supremacy we buy Mech Robots and let them participate in PvP battles. These mechs are powered by AI and we can deploy them into a 24/7 battle arena where they auto battle. This arena is available to an audience via  a live stream where they enjoy the battles.

These battles are powered by SUPS tokens, we can influence the war by using our SUPS tokens and buying power ups for our Mechs. We earn as long as we are fighting in the arena. Our income is auto calculated by the actions taken by our mechs in the battles.

The battle arena is divided into three factions and we earn more rewards if our faction wins the war.

We can also buy parts for our Mechs, upgrade them and boost up their stats so that we can win more battles.

Talking about the tokenomics, we have SUPS token which can be stacked to provide Liquidity and earn rewards, it can also be used to buy NFTs, game items and more.

Chain Cade

Chain Cade is a arcade games collection that can be played by buying tickets and played to earn exclusive NFT collections, tokens, digital gift cards, and more. These NFTs enable us to customize and power up our gameplay, thus allowing us to win more.

As of now chain cade has 4 games:

  • Moonwar which is a vertical scrolling space shooting game similar to classics like Galaga, Galaxian etc.
  • Chainman is a Maze game kind of like Pacman where we play as Chain man and work our way up the dungeon tower, collecting as much treasure and goodies along the way as possible!
  • Chain : Origins is a side runner game, where we discover the past of Chain Man.
  • Lastly we have Smarty Penguins which is a multiplayer racing game.

Chain Cade also has a SDK for developers to build games on Chain Cade. Developers earn 2% in project funds in all transactions.

As per the tokenomics is concerned , Chain Cade’s primary token is $CHAINCADE. You earn stacking rewards just by holding the token. Every trade automatically helps in providing liquidity and reward the creators.

PS:

I am sharing about these games just because I liked them, these games does not guarantee earnings or anything. Please do your own research before putting your money in any of them
