Despite knowing better, I browse Reddit a fair amount.

Today, I came across this gem:

I am eternally confused by these kinds of Star Trek communists.

So this person doesn't want to work to survive. Just see family & friends, make music, clean up the environment, and whatever else. Those all sound great. Just one little issue...

Where does the food, shelter, clothing, musical instruments, smartphones, cars, and every other thing humanity has created come from?

Oh yeah! People working to create things!

Normalcy bias prevents people from remembering that the default condition of humanity is naked on the plains of Africa. We are the inheritors of thousands of years of development of progress that enable us to keep building and creating new and better things.

But I digress. What does this have to do with crypto?

It's simple, these people are growing in number and influence. Even if the power-hungry psychos at the Fed don't destroy the currency, these people will.

So what are you going to do when your fiat assets are destroyed? I hope you are continuing to convert your legacy money into crypto.
