Today's walk I decided to spend entirely in the Silesian Park, and in particular in the gardens, which are located in various strange places, and few people know about them.

On the occasion of photographing flowers, it was difficult to bypass busy insects, which were plenty of. But it is not surprising. All flowers are in full swing, there are plenty of them, so work insects are abundant.

Here, for example, very hard -working and useful bumblebees, whose species are very many, on a flower called Cegorates, they do routine work, i.e. taking nectar and pollination by the way.

And here, in turn, another insect, often confused with the wasp, and there is nothing to do with her and is completely harmless. It can often be found in the forests of glades, gardens and the Bzyg flies are called, more precisely the ribbed buzz (Syrphidae). This is a very useful insect that fights, for example, aphids.

This insect has an interesting feature, because it can hang in the air, and quickly change the position. If we gently extend your hand or a finger, he will sit on it to get valuable food, for example, water and mineral salts.

Here we see a fly at work on a flower called pencil slopes. He collects nectar and transfers pollen. Also a very useful insect.

The same insect, or striped buzz, was tempted by a beautiful -looking, charming tree flower called Catalpa. The flower looks deceptive, but it is completely safe, it is not carnivorous 😀

The next, other bumblebees, loved flowers beautifully blooming and fragrant hydrangea. This flower is quite common in the park and is the habitat of many insects.
