The weather wasn't bad for a walk today, but it's one of the worst transitional seasons. It's neither the height of winter nor autumn. The lack of sunshine is deeply depressing, and vibrant colors are dwindling.

I actually started today's walk last night. I couldn't sleep, so I decided to get some fresh air and do some walking in silence and solitude. It helped.

The feeding of the animals went smoothly, as the number of people walking around could be counted on the fingers of one hand. The usual crowd of jackdaws, crows, tits, and sparrows arrived. All were fed.
