Robotnice pszczół na rozwiniętych kwiatach rośliny o nazwie Przegorzan pospolity

A few weeks ago I wrote an article about a plant called Globe thistles. The plant was in the early stages of flowering at the time, and there weren't many insects on it.

Kilka tygodni temu napisałem artykuł o roślinie która nazywa się Przegorzan pospolity. Roślina była wtedy w początkowej fazie kwitnienia, nie było na niej zbyt wiele owadów.

I decided to go to another meeting with this plant during the period of full flowering. Virtually all the spiky balls turned intense blue, beautiful small cup-shaped flowers appeared.

Postanowiłem udać się na kolejne spotkanie z tą rośliną w okresie pełnego kwitnienia. Praktycznie wszystkie kolczaste kule zmieniły kolor na intensywnie niebieski, pojawiły się piękne drobne kielichowate kwiaty.

The plant is exceptionally melliferous, because what I saw shocked me a bit. Whole swarms of bees were working on the plant, surrounding this flower from all sides. There is a lot of food for bees in such an area where flowers bloom all over the globe.

Roślina jest wyjątkowo miododajna, bo to co ujrzałem lekko mnie zszokowało. Pracowały na roślinie całe roje pszczół, otaczając ten kwiat ze wszystkich stron. Pożywienia dla pszczół na takim obszarze, gdzie kwiaty zakwitają na całej kuli jest bardzo dużo.

Apparently this is bees' favorite flower. There are many other flowers in the garden, but none attract the attention of bees like globe thistles. It smells quite intense, so it attracts them effectively.

Najwyraźniej to jest ulubiony kwiat pszczół. Wokół w ogrodzie rośnie wiele innych kwiatów, natomiast żaden nie przyciąga uwagi pszczół ja globe thistles. Pachnie dość intensywnie, więc skutecznie je wabi.

The flowers of this plant took on beautiful shades of blue. From delicate blue to dark navy blue. You could stand and watch these beautiful creatures work for hours.

Kwiaty tej rośliny przybierały piękne odcienie niebieskiego. Od delikatnego błękitu po ciemno morski granatowy. Można było stać i obserwować pracę tych pięknych stworzeń godzinami.
