You just say it and AI does the rest. It writes a program for you. It manages your operations for you. It fills out forms for you. It makes vacation plans for you. They told us a lot about this future, but so far we have to do a lot of manual things in the AIs we have encountered. Open the AI, enter the order into it, print the order, move it to another place, do another manual process there, and in the end, the AI does not do the work, it makes it easier for us to do the work. But I recently came across a new AI. Anthropic is one of the most important AI players in the world. Many indicators show that the AIs produced by Anthropic give better results than Open AI's Chat GPT. That's why it is a very critical player and it has released a new version of its AI, Claude 3.5 Sonnet.
Claude 3.5 Sonnet can do our work on our behalf. In other words, we just give it the order and it does all of those jobs. It can perform our complex operations on our behalf. It can make vacation plans on our behalf and it can also produce software on our behalf. All you have to do while doing all this is to give an order. Then it collects different data from different places. It opens and closes different programs. It writes the right orders in the right places in them. It moves the mouse to the right place. In other words, it actually does everything you would do to perform that task on your screen.
If you ask how this happens, it takes screenshots, counts pixels in the screenshots. It knows where to click on that screen and what to write where to perform the task you give it. While doing all this, it shows you what it does on the screen next to it. We are faced with a truly fascinating artificial intelligence. It is still in the experimental phase. It is still in beta. If there are software developers, developers, computer geeks among you, you can download it and use it. But let's leave the technological side of the business to the tech geeks. Let's look at what changes it makes in daily use. Because if we understand this, we will understand where artificial intelligence is heading. When we understand this, we will see new investment opportunities in artificial intelligence.
Anthropic has released three great videos on how Claude 3.5 Sonnet will do our jobs. In the first video, it touches on the operational side. You need to fill out a form. The data required to fill out that form is in different places on your computer or in different programs, after you type the fill out form command, it goes to Claude 3.5 Sonnet and collects this data from different places. Then it fills out the form on your behalf. This application tells us that companies will be able to do business with much fewer people. People make mistakes, but mistakes will not be made here. Many processes will take place much more efficiently.
I watched the reviews of many YouTubers, the processes do not flow this fast in them. Anthropic says that we did this on special computers in a special environment and strengthened the infrastructure. You also need to spend money. Because in order to do transactions of this size, you need to switch from cloud to paid mode, otherwise it gets stuck, I watched many examples. Still, it is fascinating and there are brand new automation opportunities here that can save us from daily activities, especially routines.
But there is a dimension where things get even more serious, writing code. Writing code is not my area of expertise, those who know can evaluate it better. You give an old website to the cloud, we tell it to redesign in VC code and it designs it. Good luck to the software developers. But more importantly, how much of a horizon it has opened up for us. Someone like me who doesn't know anything about software can design their own website, change it and create their own application. Are you aware of the change this will bring? Everyone can be an entrepreneur. Everyone will be able to digitize their own work and transfer it to completely different environments.
Of course, the current solutions may not work as perfectly as they are shown in the videos. They are quite expensive and a somewhat primitive system. Because what it does is basically take a photo of the screen and then count the pixels and try to guess where I type and click correctly and get the result I want. Predictive systems can be a bit problematic. But where it will go in the future will be special operating systems. It tries to stick to the operating systems we currently use. It tries to solve the problem from the screens based on the fact that many applications do not open their APIs. But where we will go, I think both artificial intelligence will have its own operating systems and the APIs of all software and all applications will have been opened.
For now, many factors that prevent this process such as security issues, insufficient processing power, and the expensiveness of the system will prolong this process. But where we are going is very clear. In this context, do you think it would be wise to give up on artificial intelligence companies and those who produce microchips for artificial intelligence? Would it be wise to give up on companies like Apple that allow us to do all of this in the palm of our hands thanks to artificial intelligence-supported phones? Would it be wise to give up on companies that produce artificial intelligence-supported computers? I say no. We are still very early in the artificial intelligence game. What we see is just a demo for the future. It is imperative for all of us to prepare for this future. Otherwise, we will be left out of the game very badly. I look at the business from an investment perspective. But if I were a young person, I would already be very curious about what kind of job I could do in such a world, what kind of career I could pursue.
