If you prioritize something vague over yourself, you will collapse.

However, it is possible to perceive others as merely interactive images from your own perspective.

In fact, considering that you cannot become someone else, it may be more natural to think that you are the only one who exists.

If you believe in something that may not exist and, after suffering, find out that it was never there, you would likely feel emptiness and anger.

Therefore, I believe that you should prioritize emotions that are absolute for you.

You might think this sounds selfish, but I consider it to be for the sake of others as well.

This is because I believe that attacks on others arise from an inability to affirm oneself.

By prioritizing your own thoughts, you can interpret negative words from others as words meant to improve your environment.

For example, if someone says, "You're stupid," if you think of it as words from someone who may not even exist, you can suppress the urge to deny yourself.

Then, you can take a step back to judge whether you are indeed stupid and think about what you can do to improve.

That space for reflection can also become the driving force for considering others.

Ultimately, it will come back to you.

Thus, I believe it is important to assume that others may not exist rather than to assert their existence.

However, I think that those who attack others while affirming themselves should be dealt with legally, as they can cause serious damage to those around them.

Thinking that "others may not exist" might be an ethically questionable and unempathetic idea.

However, this is my own methodology for ultimately achieving a "win-win" situation for both parties.

↓ It is being discussed about self-esteem
