The caffeine that I took yesterday was still kicking as of now. I know that I have to accept this kind of compromise because I needed to solve my long-term blood pressure issue but sometimes to no avail it just doesn't work.

So I am planning to just take some extra sodium while I am hooked-up, I was contemplating to eat some junk foods but I just needed the salt so that it would make, in theory my blood pressure to stabilize.

Salt or sodium raises blood pressure and I was not really factoring it before because it makes me thirsty if I would get too much sodium in my body and it contributes to the speed of being waterlogged with water which I always do not want to happen.

So at dialysis I am always just concentrating about the sugar in my blood by taking candies while hooked-up but it seemed that it was not the only factor but more possibly the sodium in my blood that is getting lower while I am on my dialysis.

Now I will not overdose myself anymore with caffeine for my dialysis sessions but will also experiment on the "sodium" factor. If that would be effective then I can finally say that I already hit the head of the nail and thereby solving my long-standing blood pressure crash issues.

I am a bit sure that it was the lowering of salt in my blood was the factor for my scary blood pressure crashes and I am planning to just ingest some salt while hooked-up.

But I can also request my nurses to flush saline solution into my system every hour or even maybe even thirty minutes while considering to also take the extra fluids that they will infuse which actually what they are doing for patients who do not use anticoagulants for some medical reason.

But if my nurses would not take heed then I will just do the plan and hope that it would work but again it will have some compromise of having to be so thirsty after my session which will definitely make me a water magnet, it is just all a complicated matter in my life.
