Publish0x has implemented a fairly new procedure that I don't understand or agree with. They have now limited the number of times you can tip an Author's post, to a very small amount. In the past, I have looked through the new posts and not found very many articles that I found worth of a tip. In those cases, I went back to my favorite Author's post that were worthy of another Tip. After all, there are Posts that are outstanding, or at least they resonated with me, and I felt that they were deserving of much higher earnings! I do not see how that is an abuse and I do not understand why Publish0x would want to limit the amount it's Authors can earn on their posts. 

From my own personal perspective, this is a mistake on the part of Publish0x. As Authors learn of this limiting factor, they will feel less motivated to publish if their earning potential is decreased and/or limited! There can come a time when things become over regulated. I would like to suggest that Publish0x reconsider this particular rule! If they feel that they must put a cap, on the amount it's Authors can earn, It should be much larger than the current petty amount.
