What Time Is It???

Hello Everyone! Are You ready for another Riddle? This one may be a little more difficult than the other. A little challenge is good for everyone! This Riddle actually has a 2 part answer. Or you could say that it has 2 answers. 

On second thought, lets make this a little more sophisticated. You might say it is invisible, or, You might say it is right in front of Your eyes! In fact I give you the Riddle inside this post. Can you guess what the Riddle is?
