I still have a number of Silver Coins, listed on eBay, that I have not raised the prices on yet. I have been involved in this business, for many, many years. I do not sell fake coins, fake silver, fake gold, or fake platinum! My Customer feed back is near 100% Positive, so you know that my items are priced fairly and my customer service is excellent! My Feed back was 100% positive, until very recently. Then one of my customer failed to contact me, when he had not received his 3 Sports trading cards. I even sent him a message saying that one of them had been returned as address undeliverable. I simply addressed a new envelope and sent it out again. In this case the actual fault lies with the postal service. I say this because I did mail his packages, he did receive one of them, and one of them(with the identical address) was returned with the message that it could not be delivered to that address. Who knows where the 3rd card went? I don't normally do returns/refunds, because I know that my products are accurately, and fairly described. They are what I say they are. In any case I communicated, to him, that I will work out a return/refund, for any missing items, after 10 days.
