If You are not already aware of it, it is only a matter of time before you will be. Publish0x's Auto Save Function is both a blessing and a curse. When it was originally incorporated, I don't remember encountering any problems. Just the opposite. As I remember it, it seemed to save me time and effort and prevented loosing any work.
That is not the case now, at least for me and a few others that I know of. It is not such a big factor if you are writing a short post that doesn't require you to retype any lengthy paragraphs. But, if you have taken time to write a lengthy post, and for some reason, you loose a part(or all) of your work, the auto save automatically saves the blank space over your previously typed text. As of yet, I do not know of anyway to recover the lost text.
Back in the early days, Igor(or one of the other staff) would read any posts with "Publish0x" in the title, and respond if necessary. That may not be the case now. Either that or they still harbor hard feelings about our past falling out. I would prefer to think that they are just too busy to read all the post with Publish0x in the title.
I have very little time available to pursue tech support, or other routes of communication with the team. I know of one person, who did contact Tech. Support, but it seems they never got a satisfactory response, concerning this serious flaw. Perhaps, if you are experienceing, or have experienced, this problem, You could contact Tech Support. If enough people contact them, I am sure they will come up with a satisfactory solution, to a very serious flaw.
Thank You for Your Time, Attention, and Interest!
