Got eggs? No, this is not a rude joke about single women in their thirties. Literal chicken eggs, everyone is freaking out about eggs for one reason or another. Grab your whisks, Moonbats, we're going to make an omelette at the speed of Science!
So, a lot of folks are worried about Bill Gates becoming the single largest owner of farmland in the USA. Some are even suggesting that he is behind the egg shortage which has caused prices to skyrocket recently, due to his financial interest in an egg protein alternative and the open secret of his support for the World Economic Forum, Agenda 21, and the 2030 Goalkeepers. I can neither confirm nor refute that allegation.
I can confirm that Bill Gates said he was "excited about chickens" in 2016.
What am I able to confirm or refute regarding recent egg related rumors?
Well, over the last few days, many are making much out of the title from a study which declares egg yolk antibodies as effective at blocking the SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins. Unfortunately, too many people are sharing screenshots of the study title without reading the text to understand the full meaning of the title.
These are not ordinary eggs we're discussing.
The chickens are producing these antibodies because they were "hyperimmunized" with an "inactivated virus" vaccine.
To be clear, these chickens have not received any mRNA injections. They received injections which fit the pre-2020 definition of a vaccine.
To be fair, it's several orders of magnitude more safe to vaccinate chickens and eat their eggs as immunotherapy than it is to receive the vaccine yourself. It may prove to also be more effective, especially as it has been shown to provide mucosal immunity which is extremely important for protection from a respiratory virus.
Why would it be more safe? Well, when RNA virus vaccines have been tested previously, it resulted in Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE). Coronaviruses are RNA viruses, by the way, if you didn't already know.
Most people don't remember, even if they watched the live broadcast, but, in March of 2020, the allegedly infallible Fauci himself mentioned the possibility of Antibody Dependent Enhancement from a rushed vaccine. I remember, because I was watching the live broadcast and had learned of ADE many years previous to that mention. I knew what he was talking about and wish I had recorded it. I immediately suspected that he threw it out there to cover his ass later.
Anyway, we were talking about eggs.
Maybe you haven't heard, but eggs have been used in the production of vaccines for decades. That has led to some problems with the influenza vaccines not being effective as the virus mutates to adapt to chickens. This divergence from the human strain in addition to the natural evolution of the influenza virus as it passes through more and more humans may be at least partially responsible for the terrible track record for influenza vaccine effectiveness over the last two plus decades.
However, as mentioned above, egg yolk antibody production is a field - excuse me, "practicum" - of growing interest. The correct technical term is egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY).
Not only is research on egg yolk immunoglobulin being performed for SARS-CoV-2 but for a wide range of infections and illnesses.
A partial list of recent research regarding egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY):
Murine pneumonia caused by Acinetobacter baumannii (interesting as many alleged Covid deaths were actually from pneumonia).
Salmonella (coincidentally isolated from horses)
Escherichia coli (more effective when combined with probiotics?)
Bonus Question:
Which came first the chicken or the horse?
Eggs may replace horse serum for treatment of snake bites. As previously reported in A Horse Named Jim, as much as half the global population is unable to tolerate horse serum. However, egg allergy is far less common. So far IgY has been shown effective against at least three different types of snake venom.
Addendum: egg yolk immunoglobulin is the bee's knees!
Egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY) is also being researched for treatment of bee stings. One study showed that IgY extract was able to neutralize the lethality of bee venom in a mouse model. One day it may be able to prevent lethality in allergic individuals and those unfortunate few who are stung multiple times.
So, now that you can see what has gotten the hive mind buzzing about eggs, you won't get stung sharing things without understanding their meanings. No such egg on your faces, Moonbats, because you know not everything is what it's cracked up to be.
Anyone else hungry now?
Until next time, Moonbats, remember that thing about eggs and baskets. May your mind continue to expand faster and farther than your belly!
