I’ve been digging through Sacred Waste lately and got two prophets leading my way! Sacred Waste? WTF is that? They have been around the NFT space for a while and has built connections with some pretty serious names.
There’s been an OpenSea interview. There’s been involvement with Bloq as an incubated project and if you look at some other projects that are coming out of that ecosystem... It's a massive movement!
Then I found the Bankless connection and the other partnerships surrounding Sacred Waste! Now we’re getting closer to the $WASTE TGE! If you’re holding SW Prophets there’s alpha around a passive $WASTE airdrop!

The idea of turning useless NFTs or dead tokens into something else through burning has always fascinated me and Sacred Waste is building around that concept in a pretty interesting way.
There’s a $5K+ prize pool for the community to create around all of this. So expect some threads and some memes... And even maybe a story about an NFT I burned. I see some serious alpha buried underneath all the Web3 garbage.

Here's facts! Crypto wallets are full of forgotten NFTs, dead tokens and failed projects. Sacred Waste takes all that digital clutter and turns it into the foundation of a proof-of-burn protocol.
The concept is simple! We can sacrifice unwanted NFTs and tokens to The Pit, where the assets are irreversibly locked. In return, participants earn WastePoints, which are intended to be converted into $WASTE.
The Great Burn currently supports assets across Ethereum, Base and Solana, with users able to batch-sacrifice up to 50 NFTs from the same collection and chain in a single transaction.
Sacred Waste adds an unusual twist to the traditional burn mechanic. Some sacrificed assets can potentially be resurrected through community selection and auctions. The original sacrificer can receive a share of the auction proceeds.
At the center of the ecosystem are the 444 Prophets, Sacred Waste’s founding NFT collection. Prophet holders receive ecosystem benefits and participate in the wider resurrection system.
The ecosystem also connects Prophets with $444STR, a strategy token designed around supporting the Prophet floor. Then comes $WASTE, intended to become the core economic layer of Sacred Waste.
The current system separates WastePoints from the eventual token: users accumulate points through activities such as burning assets, participating in the community and supporting the ecosystem.
Those points intended to translate into a $WASTE allocation at TGE. I got two prophets right now, and the value went 2x since I bought them, which give me some Waste Points on a daily basis!
Sacred Waste is building a cycle where unwanted assets can be sacrificed, contributors can earn participation rewards, selected assets can potentially be resurrected, and $WASTE can eventually provide the economic layer connecting the ecosystem.
Some older materials contain mechanics that differ from the current documentation. Final $WASTE tokenomics and TGE details should therefore be based on the project's latest official announcements rather than older Brownpaper figures.
