Layer3 Intel: Cube Stats, Leagues & Rewards Explained

By PVM | Mind Puzzle | 14 Oct 2025

The  Layer3 hustle keep  levelling up, and I had to level up to flex my  rewards! When it comes to Web3 learning and discovery, nothing compares to the gamified exploration of the Cryptoverse! But... it got boring!

It’s more than just a platform... it’s an ecosystem where exploration meets incentives. From earning achievements and completing social bounties to diving into DeFi and NFTs, Layer3 makes the journey fun, rewarding, and surprisingly addictive.

The 4th season marked the shift from quarterly to monthly seasons, bringing a slightly different faster-paced format for users to  go wild and engage, earn, and climb the leaderboard.

The heart of the action is the Alpha Season 4 Hub, where you complete quests, mint CUBEs, and earn XP and Gems. It was a smooth journey, as I unlocked rewards through something called the Trophy Road.

This was tied closely to my overall activity and performance throughout the season. Got 119.41 USDC for the hustle and had the chance to test some protocols before they went mainstream! Good experience right?

Then why I said above that it got boring? Because it turned quite repetitive! I joined all the launchpad and completed all quests but that didn't lead to eligibility for none of the projects. No airdrop from Linea, Camp or Plume... so early is not enough!

According to a Dune dashboard, nearly 99.4% of users were in the 0–99 CUBE range during Season 5, indicating that most participants minted fewer CUBEs rather than large quantities. More users hit burnout?

Season 5 was hard, and to be eligible for rewards users had to hit at least 135 CUBEs. Criteria include seasonal CUBEs, all-time CUBEs, and other engagement metrics... but I've done it!

The CUBE thresholds are rising, making active and consistent participation more important than ever. But those CUBEs cost $0.25 on average so it's not full profit! I've got $73,58 worth of $L3 tokens but spent at least $34 to mint the CUBEs!

I took the foot of the gas pedal and only completed quests by default, focusing on the chain I already had presence. New chains and new protocols come with staking or locking assets, and usually is not worth it!

Season 6 implemented eligibility for rewards that was tied to league placement, with top tiers like Diamond and Platinum unlocking access. Reward factors included seasonal CUBEs, all-time CUBEs, and staking behavior!

Bronze to Diamond tiers influenced jackpot odds, liquid rewards, and mini-season multipliers. The Liquid Rewards delivered instant token payouts based on league status, while jackpots offer high-value prize opportunities tied to CUBE minting

Even with less hustle, and smaller commitments... I managed to secure a higher reward! Was able to claim 1,327 $L3 tokens, toping the chart close to $80 in value. Heading into Season 7 with even less motivation !
